WHY OYSTERS & SEAFOOD?

Our culinary journey with oysters and seafood began during a season of wanting to cut down on red meat and explore lighter, more sustainable options. As we traveled the world, we discovered a shared passion for the ocean’s bounty, particularly oysters. No matter where we found ourselves—whether in the bustling markets of coastal cities or at a secluded seaside café—our cravings always led us to fresh, cold oysters.

Oysters quickly became our favorite for their incredible versatility.
